The bathroom sink was not conveniently placed. Nevertheless, the staff, especially Cesar with their cute attitude and willingness to assist-definitely a highlight .

The venue was in a central location near money exchange, Paseo de Montejo and clinic, pharmacies, money exchange and restaurants. The room was clean and complete with 2 closets and a coffee pot, I had everything needed.

Signal was missed.

as for me, the location was particularly good, near pharmacies. i booked a double room with a private safe, an iron, and an electronic key card.

The location is prime! Just a short stroll to local gems like La Galeria Cantina Artesanal and Moliere 394. And let's not forget the cookies, a good surprise that became a must-have treat !

While the place had its perks, the management could use a serious overhaul. We requested a ground floor room, but that fell on deaf ears, and the pool is just a glorified splash zone. Not ideal.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was modern, with favourable location just off clinic, pharmacies, money exchange and restaurants, and pharmacies. Everything was simply awesome.

All in all it is a brilliant place for short stay and I would stay there again. The place is simple and has magnificent location near the center. The employees are courteous and great. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated and clean with 2 closets and a coffee pot, for instance. The venue has the restaurant for breakfast.

Humidity in room 305 was unbearable!!! A inch of distance from the main area feels exaggerated in the heat. No mini fridge or ice option is not ideal for keeping drinks cool!!!

The staff demonstrated honesty and integrity when they retrieved my forgotten ring from the bathroom, which reflects their commitment to guest care. Breakfast served succulent steaks.

This hotel has great rooms equipped with two closets and a coffee pot for extra convenience.

The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean and spacious. My previous experience in the city was decent, but this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was immaculate with modern design elements and a refreshing pool. Most notable was the staff's honesty. They retrieved my forgotten wedding ring and are sending it to me shortly.
